DSNY Hockey is a pending 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization officially recognized by the New York City Department of Sanitation, but we operate independently from the Department. All activities, merchandise sales, communications, and operations are managed by DSNY Hockey.

You agree to use DSNYHockey.com for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any behavior that could harm the website, its users, or DSNY Hockey’s operations.
Unauthorized access, data scraping, or misuse of content is prohibited.

2. Merchandise Sales & Payments

By placing an order on our website or in person, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once an order is placed.

  • Quantities are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Pre-orders may have production and delivery timelines that can vary.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

3. Donations

Donations made to DSNY Hockey are voluntary and non-refundable.
At this time, DSNY Hockey is a pending 501(c)(3); tax-deductibility of donations will depend on final IRS approval. Donors will be notified once official status is confirmed.

4. Submissions & Registrations

Any information provided through forms—including player registrations, scholarship submissions, volunteer interest, or contact forms—must be truthful and accurate.

DSNY Hockey reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who provide false or incomplete information.

5. Intellectual Property

All DSNY Hockey logos, designs, branding, graphics, products, photos, and digital materials are the property of DSNY Hockey.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or sale of DSNY Hockey merchandise, logos, artwork, or content is strictly prohibited.

6. Independence From the Department of Sanitation

Although DSNY Hockey is officially recognized by the Department and held to certain departmental standards, our organization:

  • Operates separately from the NYC Department of Sanitation

  • Manages its own finances, programs, website, and merchandise

  • Maintains independent responsibility for all content and activities presented here

No content on this website should be interpreted as official DSNY communication.
